ATC - Artist Trading Cards are 3 1/2" by 2 1/2" and are made from anything. The only rule in making ATC's are the size.

QTC - Quilters Trading Cards are 3 1/2" by 2 1/2" and are made from fabric.

Blue Ridge

This ATC was made by quilting strips of blue fabric onto fusible batting then finished by stitching a paper card on the back. The tag was stamped and then waxed and pinned on with blue fibers.
